The terms and conditions set out below including the payment and delivery terms apply in the version according to the date of your order. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

The terms and conditions apply to all contracts entered into with JULIANZIGERLI, Albulastrasse 14, 8048 Zürich, Switzerland.

1. VALIDATY

We will carry out all deliveries and services on the basis of the contract of sale by the OR (Schweizerisches Obligtionenrecht) as well as the Swiss Law.

2. SUPPLY & CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

Any prices and special offers on our website are effectively without obligation. Any offer can be withdrawn by JULIANZIGERLI, as long as there is no other written agreement. The contract is concluded upon payment of the ordered good.

Please note that the sales agreement will be confirmed after the payment. It might occur, that we do not have all items in stock, since we work with very limited amounts of products and sizes..

3. National & international shipPING

All orders will be proceeded and delivered by your local post office. Orders within Switzerland will be proceeded by Schweizer Post. International shipping may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please note, that the date of delivery may vary, depending on the postal services of the country where the order was made. Orders will be proceeded and shipped once the payment is concluded.

4. PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices are given in Swiss francs (CHF). Our webshop offers the following payment options: credit card, bank transfer, PayPal and Apple Pay.

VAT (dt.: MWST) is not included and is levied by the federal government. Costs for shipment and packaging are added at the checkout of any order. For international shipping the customer agrees to take on all import duties and goods taxes incurred by international deliveries and customs.

5. DELIVERY

Costumer Service at JULIAN ZIGERLI has the right to forward costumers to our terms and conditions for any inquiries regarding pending parcels. Should a parcel take longer than it should, please check with your neighbours, if they claimed the parcel for you. For international shipping use the tracking number of your parcel to check with your local post office if the parcel is waiting for you at your local pick up station or if the parcel might be stuck at customs.

6. RETURN & REFUNDS

JULIANZIGERLI offers returns and exchange for most items. We do not refund any shipping cost, custom duties or other occuring cost. Orders from our website may also be returned at our flagship store. We only offer money-back guarantee for ordered items that are returned at our flagship store or are sent to our adress. Please check our opening hours.

Please be aware that items purchased in our store will only be refunded with a gift card.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
swimwear, underwear, socks, care products and gift cards. Returns or exchanges also do not include any product purchased on SALE. A return will also be rejected if there are traces of use or damage (including damage due to transportation and delivery) or if it is not conform with our general terms and conditions.

All returned items will be checked by JULIANZIGERLI.
Returns of purchased items should be sent back to our adress below, including all packaging. Included postcards are not part of the packaging and can be kept by the customer.

The costumer will be notified by email on the approval or rejection of their requested refund. Once a return is approved, the item will be refunded. Please be aware, that this may take a few days, depending on the arrival of the parcel at our adress.

Shippig fees for any returned items are the responsibility of the costumer. The costumer bares all shipping cost for returns and exchanges, as well as other occuring costs. No costs will be covered in the event that the item goes missing during the return shipping. We recommend sending the goods using a track & trace shipping service.

7. REPAIR & SERVICE

Please be aware that we do neither repair nor alter any products for our coustumers.

8. LIABILITY

Our liability for lost, stolen or damaged goods is in accordance with the Swiss Law. In the event of an exceptional case, we are only liable for the maximum worth of the transaction.

9. PRIVACY POLICY

Julian Zigerli will collect only the data required for processing your order and will solely use it for this purpose. At Julian Zigerli we are committed to maintain your privacy.

For our newsletter we only use collected data, such as name, surname, e-mail address, to keep you informed about the brands new collections, sale informations and special offers. We commit to never share any of our costumers data with any third party or other organization.

10. FINAL PROVISION

Jurisdiction lies within the courts of Zürich. However we may appeal to the courts in the customer country of residence. Swiss law is applied exclusively, also when orders are placed abroad and goods are delivered to foreign countries. The parties will endeavour to settle any arguments that may arise from the realization of the sales contract in an amicable way. By placing an order the customer accepts these general terms and conditions. Julian Zigerli reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions at any time.
